Raw Saw Palmetto Honey is the oldest honey produced in Florida.  Native Americans began producing it in honor of the medicinal value of the Saw Palmetto berry.  Today it is known to help with men's prostate issues and any digestion complaints. It has a sweet, caramel-fruity taste which makes it delicious over fruit or with cheese.     $15

Raw Mangrove Honey comes from the salt water marsh plant that grows along the intracoastal waterways in South Florida. This honey has a sweet and salty taste and is great in savory preparations like over cheese or with meat!  $15

Raw Orange Blossom Honey is Florida's signature honey and is known for its fruity aromatic flavor as well as use for healing sore throats and coughs.  There are only a few places in the world that produce Orange Blossom Honey and Florida's is thought to be the best.  Our Orange Blossom Honey is produced in the citrus groves of Vero Beach and Central Florida.  $18

Raw Tupelo Honey is the rarest honey in the world. This honey comes from the Tupelo plant which grows along the Appalachiacola River Basin near Tallahassee.  This plant only blooms for 3 weeks every year which provides very little time for honey production. Tupelo Honey has been designated as Florida's State Honey!  This honey has the lowest glycemic index and is good for diabetics or people watching their sugar.  $24/12oz SOLD OUT

Bee Pollen- $24/LB

Bee Pollen is known to help speed up the healing process, revitalize the body's many systems and assist in protecting cells in our bodies from free  radical damage- a major cause of cancer.  Rich in Lecithin  bee pollen helps speed up calorie burning and stabilize faulty metabolism and helps benefit digestion.  Bee Pollen is considered a superfood because it contains all the nutrients needed for life.  It possesses over 180 known nutritional ingredients including at least 22 amino acids, 18 vitamin, 25 minerals, 59 trace elements, 11 enzymes, 14 fatty acids, 11 carbohydrates and approximately 25% protein.  It is rich in carotenes, which are metabolic precursors of vitamin A.    It is also high in B complex and vitamins C, D, E.
